Located next to a beautiful beach, we are a vibrant and cozy place to enjoy modern Japanese cuisine from our enthusiastic and companionable team members.We accept reservations online for up to 6 guests, with a seating time of 2 hours. Chocolate Buddha undertook an AMAZING renovation in 2019 by Maddison Architects. We have a 22 seater SUSHI TRAIN open Wednesday to Sunday lunches 12 - 3pm and Wednesday to Saturday Dinners 5 - 8pm it includes an EXPRESS train which delivers hot food ordered via a tablet. We offer QR menus at each table for ease of ordering, splitting bills and menu with pictures and descriptions. This type of ordering is optional so always let us know if you prefer to order with us.     The servers and the staff were one of the best I have seen. They were so kind and courteous that it made the whole experience so warm and comfortable. The food was good but I hope that you add a few more veg options. The Bao dish was the best and it was really really good. Overall we would recommend this place to our friends because of the overall experience.Thank you.

    Busy restaurant in the middle of federation square. The food was good but in our option a bit pricey for what it was. $32 for a salmon roll just seems a bit much. It took a while to get our table cleared after the meal so we kinda sat there with dirty dishes in front of us for a while. No one came up and asked if we wanted more drinks or food.

    The bar was pre set very high compared to other established fine dining venues and we were so not disappointed. from the minute we arrived the experience was just inspiring and amazing. can not wait to return. congratulations to the whole team, it was like dining amongst a sympathy orchestra!
