This is my second time in attendance for the amazing Hoiana experience! Special mention and thank you goes to the amazing Chef and Owner Kiki for your hospitality and energetic spirit. The food was delicious and all the staff were so welcoming and great to converse with. Kiki and team have done an amazing job in building Hoiana into a shining light for contemporary Vietnamese cuisine. Can’t wait to visit again!

We recently dined at Salted Egg in the Quincy Hotel, Melbourne, opting for their $69 Tasting Menu. The experience was exceptional. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the food was a delightful journey through Southeast Asian flavors. The Tasting Menu featured four courses, allowing us to sample a variety of dishes. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the chef’s expertise in blending traditional and modern culinary techniques. The portions were generous, ensuring we left fully satisfied. We went for the Feed Me menu after seeing a show at The Princess Theatre. Being vegan our options were limited but every plate was super delicious! The staff were engaging, friendly and helpful. Although we had a small table almost in a corner it didn't feel cramped and we hardly noticed the diners around us. Great value. Great location. Amazing food. Highly recommend

Hochi Mama in Richmond is a must-visit! The food is delicious, the service is outstanding, the ambience is vibrant, and the prices are very reasonable. I can’t wait to go back!
