Here at Ollie’s, our style of pizza doesn't fit into any classification. It’s a bit of New York and a bit Neapolitan. A thin and crispy base with a delicious chewy crust, topped with the freshest produce and most delicious flavour combinations. Our ingredients are meticulously hand picked to ensure the best taste possible. So come in, enjoy our wood-fired pizza, homemade pastas, vegan alternatives, locally sourced wines and best quality beer. We would be humbled to see you come as a guest and leave as a friend.We use our own sourdough starter for our pizza process which ferments for a minimum of 48 hrs – the result is a base with a great flavour, sourdough taste and a texture that is light but with a bit of chew. All our pizzas are hand stretched, traditionally topped, and woodfired – Napoli style. We use extra virgin olive oil and organic sea salt flakes on all our dishes. All our pizzas are 12 inches in diameter.

“Perfecto” in a word! Nonna’s Lasagna is on par to my late Nonna’s and hers got 👍 from all who had the experience. You won’t be disappointed with the carbonara pasta(fettuccine or spaghetti your call) nor the Campari Spritz to kick off and the Ricotta cannelloni. Enough already just go and be pleasantly pleased.

We booked a package for the AFL Grand Final that included bottomless drinks throughout the game and shared food platters. Our table was perfectly positioned right in front of the big screen, giving us an excellent view. With table service as part of the deal, our drinks kept coming, and the service was fantastic. The food kept arriving as well—so much so that we had to ask them to stop bringing out platters because we couldn’t finish it all! The atmosphere was enjoyable, not overly crowded, and the crowd had a great mix of ages. We’ll definitely be back for next year’s Grand Final if we don’t manage to get tickets to the game!

Great little Italian restaurant in Docklands. Food is fresh & delicious and staff is always attentive & accommodating. This is the second time we had our staff pizza night here & it was great.
