Our food menu at 1 Watson includes Texas-inspired items such as smoked brisket tacos as well as three varieties of tostadas. Enjoy craft cocktails, beers and wines from select Texas vineyards and beyond. Our libations menu features cocktails made from Texas-made bourbon, vodka and gin. We have Reservations available for a percentage of our restaurant and the rest of the tables will be on a first come first serve basis. For all reservations, a two-hour time limit will be enforced. It was the day before Valentines and I was searching for a place to take my love. They bent over backwards to make a way for me to come back and bring my husband. It was a fantastic meal and experience.

Ray was a great server ! Very kind, quick and easy to talk to. He was welcoming and had a great vibe. Took his time serving us, we never felt rush. 1st time coming and will definitely be back. I enjoyed the 3 course valentines night menu. Thanks Ray!

Our party of 5 had oysters, fish tacos, chowder, and wedge salad. All were great! Server was attentive and the chef came around to check on us and make sure everything was as we wanted. Great experience.
