This story is memorialised in mesmerising chain art – featuring a 7.5m x 3m Kriskadecor panel.Paying homage to this memory, the new ‘Belvedere’ will take its rightful spot as a modern-day gathering place, inviting travellers, corporate crowds and locals to celebrate the best of Tasmania.From paddock to seashore, the menu will showcase the Apple Isle’s rich bounty of produce, and Cape Grim Beef will share centre stage with Meander Valley Chicken, local cheeses and artisan products.

    Longhorn Smokehouse was wonderful!! We had one of the share platters and it was fantastic. The service was also 10/10 the staff were so friendly and quick with our meals.

    This is a beautiful setting, the views are great and restaurant has been beautifully styled. The savory food was very good and the cake tower was lovely. Some small improvements would be use leaf tea, rather than tea bags and also the staff need to check on the tables more regularly. The staff were very lovely, but you needed to catch their eye to come over. Overall was a very good experience.

    Incredible experience, the setting, the service and the food were outstanding. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, we felt like the only people in there. We can't wait to return!

    Hi our lunch for my birthday was very pleasant. The staff were so helpful when one of our friends became unwell and needed to leave her husband called an ambulance and she was treated. Feeling much better now Kerrie
