Tuck away in a corner on the quiet Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining has softly opened. This intimate restaurant is reservation only, and serves contemporary cooking inspired by those cuisines of the old wine countries.-We offer a 4 courses menu du jour + assortment of cheeses at $108 or a 5 courses menu du jour @ $118 p.p that changes frequently) and 1 drink min. spend on Beverages p.p. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. We are reopening 25 February 2025 with our new students. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
