After many years of neglect, the homestead and six acres of grounds have been aesthetically restored, allowing it to once again become the ‘Jewel in Knox City’.     The staff are very friendly and attentive which was great! We went on Thursday - Steak night which was really good value with chips & side salad & tasty. Delicious banana fritters & icecream for dessert but $15 was on the pricey side for a pub meal. Overall an enjoyable place to eat , but good idea to book as it gets busy .

    Have to be my favourite pub . The specials are the best value for money . Steak all day and into the night on a Tuesday and roast for $24 on a Sunday . Excellent service from our waiter “Darius” so professional and knowledgeable . I like to dine here every couple of months as I live on the Mornington Peninsula and this would have to be the best pub meal ever . So Thankyou I will be back .
