Good Gilbert is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, Wilson, Izzy, and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome with their impeccable and friendly service. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated our dining experience. Perfect for a date night, we opted for the *Feed Me* menu, which was an absolute delight and fantastic value. Every dish was thoughtfully curated, but the standout highlights were the indulgent blueberry cheesecake and the perfectly crisp cassava crackers—both unforgettable! The cosy ambiance transported us straight to the charming streets of Paris, making the whole experience even more special. The wine selection was phenomenal, with a carefully curated list that impressed, and their range of non-alcoholic cocktails was just as exciting. Another great night at Melt; the food was fantastic, as always, and the staff were wonderful!

The food and atmosphere were excellent but the service lacked a bit. Orders were mixed up and my cocktail didn’t arrive. All sorted out in the end but staff seemed a bit disorganised.
