For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections, including Potato Crusted Salmon, Wild Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini, and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, while relaxing and enjoying the expansive views of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country. Our server Kristina R. was super cool and sweet! Our food and wine delicious and would highly recommend pretty much everything on their menu. We enjoy coming here to grab a bite prior to a show at the Alvas Showroom. This place is comfortable and makes one feel like you're with family and even if we didn't have a show to catch we would come out to San Pedro just to enjoy having a great meal here! Thank you all!

ALWAYS a FABULOUS experience at Gaetanos! The seasonal specialty drinks were AMAZING! The peppermint espresso martini hit the spot! Chicken parmesan was delicious and the skirt steak was on point. Don’t forget to order the meatball appetizer they are brilliantly served on a bed of ricotta cheese!
