Cocktails were first on the menu and were perfection. Followed by the NY Strip and Cheffy potatoes. Steak served on a bed of grilled onions with a nice char and spices was the highlight. A plus service and took some popovers to go. Date night success!

We asked for salt and pepper because none was on the table and never received it. The salad was great. And our waitress got the order exactly right, down to the exclusions of certain items.

From the personalized touches to her impeccable attention to detail, her service elevated the entire dining experience. Overall, Carve American Grille delivered an amazing meal paired with exceptional hospitality. Absolutely incredible meal. My boyfriend and I had the Wagyu tartare, scallops, oysters, 35 day aged wagyu steak, fingerling potatoes, and buñuelo for dessert. The service was great, very knowledgeable and fast. They were very accommodating of my seafood allergy and were able to swap out sauces containing fish ingredients and modify dishes to have the seafood portion on the side so there would be no cross contamination. I can’t wait to go back to enjoy their wonderful menu again!
