Hamrock's Restaurant is located within the Moore-McCandlish House (built 1842) in the heart of historic Fairfax City. We've been proud to serve delicious made-to-order American dishes using fresh ingredients since our establishment in 2016. We also have a wonderful hand-selected wine list to enhance your dining experience. Approximately eighty-percent of our menu is-- or can be-- gluten-free, as we use only canola and olive oil in all of our cooking. Some of our best-selling dishes are our southern fried chicken, grilled meatloaf, and crab cakes-- all which are gluten free! Other menu favorites include our deviled eggs, firecracker shrimp, Atlantic grilled salmon, roasted pork tenderloin, and penne pasta with andouille sausage & shrimp. We have beautiful year-round outdoor seating options on our wrap around porch (we have heaters!) In the warmer months, we also open our courtyard. We're also more than happy to accommodate business dinners or other special occasions in private rooms.

    The restaurant is super cute and very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was very good. The wine was tasty. I really enjoyed seeing the products that were sold there.

    Jack was out server and he was amazing! Very attentive and pleasant! We had a show to attend and he got everything out quickly in a manner where we didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable! He was the perfect server!

    We've been to Cooper's Hawk a few times, especially the one in Ashburn because it's closer to home. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available when we wanted to go, but that's not the point. Every time we've been to either location, the experience has been outstanding! Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the main course, dessert, and drinks. I love the passion fruit sangria! We took our family who came to visit from Arizona, and I was surprised when they told us they have a Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant there too! They really enjoyed their food and drinks. This place never disappoints, and for a Wednesday, it was packed! It was a little too loud to have a conversation, but it was still amazing! #CoopersHawk #Ashburn #DeliciousFood #GreatDrinks #FamilyFriendly #PackedWednesday
