The founder is a mother of three who was looking for places locally to have a nice coffee and some lovely brunch whilst my older children were at school and I had the little one with me.Locally there wasn’t anything except for the coffee shop chains who didn’t offer proper meals during those core school hours where you want to be able to have enough time to enjoy your meal but also get out by 2pm on time for the school run. There are plenty of places for lunch that open from 12 but women like the founder who maybe would like to meet a friend for a coffee and brunch there wasn’t anything.This is why I decided to start Nashtaa. Where we can all go have a lovely cup of tea or coffee, a nice brunch with a fusion twist and a homemade slice of cake to top it off! All in a beautiful Instagram worthy setting.

Welcome to Riwaz Beaconsfield.It’s long been twice-Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar's dream to champion the cuisines of India, especially the sub-cultures of Bohri, Ismaili, Moplah, Chettiars, amongst others. The menu of creatively enticing flavours and spices includes dishes created and cooked by Atul’s grandmother. Lunch will showcase our set 2 and 3 course menu plus the Jugalbandi set menu of four courses for two to share (£35pp). For a time-honoured experience, the evening A La Carte menu offers characteristic main courses complemented by a great selection of wines, cocktails and customary Indian drinks. A gourmet 7-course Tasting Menu (£65 pp) will be available in the early evenings (Sunday to Thursday). A wonderful dining experience with delicious, hot food to suit every taste! The karak chai was absolutely outstanding. We always look forward to our meals at Nashtaa. The owner goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always taking the time to chat and greet us warmly. It truly feels like dining at home, and we can’t recommend it enough!

The food was lovely and the decor is very plush, if not equal to the food they serve. Definitely a notch up from your standard curry restaurants.

Great food, good flavours and friendly, welcoming and helpful staff - excellent run businesses, even the manager came over to ensure everything met our expectations. Highly recommend it.

We visited Amchur to celebrate our anniversary - and were delighted with the whole occasion. A lovely touch to be greeted by a card and small decorations. The food was all absolutely lovely - a good test was something as 'basic' as onion bhajis - they were obviously very freshly made. Main courses were fabulous, and the staff were very attentive. We will be back, for sure!
