The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We are lucky enough to be able to wind back our roof in the conservatory for those long summer lunches to. Alongside our a la carte menu we have a bar snack menu that not only runs all day, everyday but also contains such pub classics. Roasts run all day on a Sunday and we guarantee to make sure you will always have ample spuds, gravy and yorkies!

A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. Hadn't been there for many years and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, hot and tasty. The waitress was run of her feet but nothing was too much for her. I would certainly recommend. The only grouse would be, a coffee would have been preferable instead of a pint of lemonade

Excellent service from the staff, friendly and cheerful. The food was wonderful and dessert was to die for. Would recommend a Sunday lunch there.

Lovely Sunday roast , I had the beef , the Yorkshire was huge ! My guest had the vegan Wellington which was very much enjoyed .
