The standards that we love from Nashville location are available at Etch in Franklin- Roasted Cauliflower, Argentinian Beef Tenderloin. We ordered the tempura mushrooms which were a generous portion but we found to be a bit greasy. We loved the Smoked Potato Salmon Bowl with the perfect jammy shoyu egg! The Pavlova with pear sorbet and tangerine marmalade was a divine way to end our meal. The service was excellent!!

The food is always excellent. The service superb! A bit pricy at 50-75 average each. But a great experience.

The meal was delicious as usual. Our server was nice, but we were often looking for her because we needed something. We waited a long time for water refills and to order dessert.
