The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients are the focus on the dinner menu, which features premium steaks, impeccable mountain trout and seafood, poultry and lamb. Our waiter, Daphne was superb. Great service and a fine dining experience. Delicious root vegetables and salad with pomegranate, squash, pecans, goat cheese. We had a wonderful evening and ended it by sharing the chocolate mousse which was decadent.

This was the most beautiful dining room we've ever eaten in. The food was all excellent and we look forward to a return trip. The drinks, salad, meal and dessert exceeded out expectations. Our server, Teresa, was friendly and very helpful. It was a 5/5 star experience.

I recently visited Elevations Chophouse, and I can’t say enough about how perfect the experience was! The steaks were cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and so tender. The ambiance was warm and elegant, which made the evening feel special. Big thanks to the staff for their outstanding service – they made us feel like VIPs!

If you are looking for extraordinary experience for dining, this is it !! Beyond professional greeting, hosting to table, intro by waiter. Waiter was beyond expectations, with recommendations on wine pairing, sauces on selections, and general menu options. Had charred octopus to start, Elk loin with suggested sauce and seared scallops as addition. Saulteed mushrooms, creamy mashed potatoes as side. Would order again and again !! Strawberry Bruelee for desert !! Do not want to spoil visit!!! Wait until you are handed the menu !!!! Trust Me !!
