Enjoy classic and affordable American cuisine in an elegant and historical setting. The City Hall Bar overlooks the impressive municipal building of the city of Scranton. Daily specials and farm to table offerings from our Chefs are available. The elegant second floor event space can accommodate up to 300 guests for a sit down event. Menus are customized to the needs of the client by our on-site event planner.

Breaker Brewing Outpost, in the Sturges section of Archbald, is Breaker Brewing Company's northern satellite location open since February 2020. Our large taproom features a large horseshoe shaped bar, a high wooden cathedral ceiling and historic coal mining decor. With 12 beers on draft, we offer a rotating variety of our own unique craft beers along with cocktails crafted with PA made spirits, local wines and sodas. Make sure to try a beer flight or enjoy our Happy Hour, Tuesday through Friday, from 4-6pm. We offer a large food menu including soups, appetizers, burgers, tacos, specialty mac & cheese, flatbreads and more. We are family friendly and offer a kids menu. Our large patio is dog friendly and we even have a dog menu. We just added a large screen TV and several other TVs to keep up on the sports action.
