Simmer Huang launched on the market in 2004. The main feature of its dish is to apply the traditional cooking method of ‘simmering’ to modern catering. Haidilao has a nice and friendly ambience then food taste good as well. All meats taste nice especially the sukiyaki soup its very flavourful. I hope they will add some barbecue experience as well
