Jang – the name stemming from the Korean word for sauce – is where the flavours of Seoul meet the spirit of Kyoto, all within a Grade I Listed London landmark. Taking flavours from her hometown of Gwangju as well as impressions from Seoul, Kyoto and beyond, head chef Dana Choi has created a menu that champions techniques from both countries, using the best of British produce. Set right in the heart of the City, Jang is open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Friday. Delicious and fresh food. Loads of dynamic flavours. The waitress was so helpful and diligent to me and my wife. Helped us with optimising how to use the grill and very friendly. Facilities were very clean too. Best of all Halal. Parking available just a short walk away.

Food is amazing must try the thin cut korean bbq the Korean fried chicken with sweet chilli sauce and pina colada 10/10. Amazing service and good recommendations from the half korean waiter.

Great food, really lovely servers. They were attentive without being overbearing and very friendly. It’s dog friendly which is nice. The outside area looked really good, I think it would be great in the warmer months to sit outside next to the canal. Will definitely be back!

Really excellent midweek lunch deal. We all really appreciated the beautiful styling of the restaurant too. Delicious KFC and KFT and the kimchi pancake was a joy!Will be returning.
