We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally. A little history on our namesake: The Linwood Hotel: John B. Pullis established the Linwood Hotel in about 1888. Located on the Southeast corner of South Clinton Avenue and Linden Place, the Linwood Hotel temporarily housed WW1 Navy flyers from the Bay Shore Aero Station while their barracks were being constructed. The Linwood was destroyed by fire on October 11, 1925.

Mike and Stacy have done a phenomenal job! The food is amazing! The decor is gorgeous. Ernesto was our server and he did an impeccable job! Fantastic dining experience!

Uncle Frank's is an excellent choice for date night or catching up with friends. Very interesting and delicious cocktail selection and unique and delicious food choices as well. The atmosphere was casual and fun, like being in a intimate space in Manhattan. Also, the music choice was great, being streamed from speakers in the background. Highly recommend!

They know how to make a cocktail ! And the food is really tasty too. We sat outside and the ambiance is very nice . Highly recommend.
