We always enjoy Eighty Acres. This trip was a party of six, celebrating a special event. Salads were fresh, delicious and generously sized. Entrees were great. At our table we had Shrimp Risotto, Crabcakes, and Roasted Amish Chicken. Everyone was pleased with their meals. Our server, Missy, was WONDERFUL, and she really made our evening special. She was beyond helpful, and really pleasant. We hope to be back SOON!

Waitress suggested mint chocolate chip pancakes. !!!!! WOW. So good!!!!!

What a magnificent dining experience!!! Every detail was fabulous. Chef is super friendly and laid back, nothing like the pretentious TV celebrity chefs. He uses advanced molecular techniques and pairs them with time tested artisanal methods like koji aging, freeze drying, and fermentation to achieve wildly delicious dishes that are works of art to the eye and palate! Tonight’s experience was cozy, comfortable, and exquisite. The beverage pairings were also spectacular. I’m excited to see how they continue to innovate and shine as a beacon of fine boutique tasting menu dining!!! Well worth the wait and will be sure to return! Bravissimo!

Our experience at Fig and Ash was wonderful, the food was excellent, the service was thoughtful and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.
