La Bistro Italian Restaurant, in Hurst has been serving fine cuisine with passion and knowhow in its elegant and inviting eatery for 38 years! La Bistro is one of a small handful of restaurants in the DFW area that dry-ages it's beef in-house. The experience was excellent from the food to the service, and the atmosphere. Easily one of the best new lux restaurants in Dallas. Get the espresso martini and the branzino. You’re welcome!

We eat at Next about every two months. We make a reservation in advance and always get seated promptly. Service has always been great, and so is the food. We don't drink, so cannot comment on the wine selection. From what I hear at other tables, it appears to be quite a selection. I do prefer to sit in the main dining room for better ambiance , but we have sat in the back room as well.

Great service. Our waiter even assisted in taking pictures of me and my beautiful date together. Food was excellent. Loved the piano music at the end of our meal.
