Great food but service was ok. Would go back to try more dishes. Lots of variety

Every dish we ordered (we sampled a variety and ate the dishes family style) arrived hot and fresh. Because of a Japanese migration to Peru, many of the dishes were an interesting mix of native Peruvian and Asian spices and preparation. Also the dishes not only tasted good, with interesting flavors, but also looked beautiful. It was obvious that the restaurant uses fresh fruit and vegetables. There are many seafood dishes and they don't scrimp on the seafood, which also seemed fresh. They have a kid's menu that with a great healthy choices. We will definitely return.

I was originally going to go to another Peru restaurant, but I noticed that this one had a full alcohol bar. So I chose this restaurant based on that. I am so glad that I did as the food was amazing, the alcohol was delicious, management staff were very nice.

La Huaca is a beautiful restaurant experience, with an authentically prepared menu and truly excellent service. The unique presentation and taste is a welcome addition to the variety of solid restaurants in the area. We celebrated a birthday, and the staff was genuinely helpful with this. This is our first time at this location and it won't be our last.
