With the same fire that burned in the culinary belly of Ancient Rome, Francesco and Valerio embarked on a dream to open a cozy, authentic Italian restaurant in New York. Chef Antonio Costa opened the first Botte Bar and has returned to enhance his Roman family recipes from generations ago.There is a table for everyone at Botte.
