We are an ultra, pink mid century inspired cocktail bar and restaurant. Dolly’s is a fun, playful and inclusive space to celebrate, connect and catch up. Our menu is Peruvian in its roots and fused with North American and southern flare. Our cocktail menu is tropically inspired, and is agave, pisco and cachaca forward, balanced and innovative. Everything was excellent. Fifth time here, first time with the new menu. Short rib, cornish hen and salmon were great, as were the mussels and tartare. The drinks are always amazing. So much variety, and expertly crafted. Can’t wait to come back again.

Pip was the perfect spot for dinner before our show. We all enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend :)

We had a couple cocktails that were not very good. For the price I would expect a high level of quality.
