Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario and particularly, here at the Hilton Toronto Airport. An open kitchen and open flame oven center the dining room, creating a menu of rustic, comforting dishes with a worldly influence. Where ever possible, local ingredients from Ontario and the surrounding provinces are woven throughout our seasonal menus. Elescia took such great care of us. I came for a birthday brunch and she made sure she we had a great time the whole duration of our stay. So kind so wonderful. Food was amazing and the mimosa tower was iconic

This was the first time we have been there. The experience was wonderful but what made it truly amazing was the staff . We loved the experience and those Christmas drinks were superb. Will definitely go again and a big thank you for my first Christmas experience of the year.❤️

The bartender should get a raise! She was fun and enthusiastic about the drinks made and everything tasted amazingg even the ones that said egg whites lol. I would be excited to come back and try new cocktail flavors with them. Everyone said the food was 10/10! Try the mushroom portobello and the Chelsea dagger!
