Delicious food! Very friendly and attentive staff. We were in the terrace and so it was quiet. Highly recommend!

A very special night highlighted by a fantastic tasting menu of the highest quality. the service was impeccable - reliable & informative. the wines selected from the drinks menu were as described to us by the drinks person. the view from our table to the river outside added to the occasion. You pay for what you get - which is sensational food from Tasmania & Bass Strait.

The staff at Salona really make dining a pleasurable experiance. Extremely helpful with suggestions and explanations of dishes when asked .

Delicious dinner and fantastic service from happy staff. Nothing was a problem. Knowledgeable assistance given when asked for assistance selecting an Italian wine. Chef sent out a little amuse bouche and a little biscuit was offered at the end of the meal both of which were appreciated. Menu was well designed and simple. Pasta Loli with prawns was lovely. It was lovely to be looked after by those who are truly happy to be in hospitality.
