Like many before us seeking a peaceful life, Australia welcomed us with open arms, and right from the moment we arrived we called this beautiful, sacred land our home. The Syrian and Lebanese backgrounds in our parents’ heritage meant we were influenced by world-class cuisine and culture.

    Absolutely outstanding as usual. The food is next level for the Gold Coast's standards, the beer selection is large and the staff attentive and knowledgeable. A hidden gem on the Coast!

    Girls night out! The Burly Gin Bar was the perfect place! The food was delicious and so beautifully presented, the gins were so refreshing ( my pick the citrus with soda 😋) This is my third time at the Burly Gin Bar….. never disappoints!
