Dahoam Wir verstehen uns nicht in erster Linie als Restaurant, sondern als Gast-Haus. In unserem Haus kann sich der Gast so wohl fühlen wie daheim und so gut speisen wie in Mutters Küche. Kaum ein Berliner, der uns nicht kennt. Kaum ein Gast, der nicht gerne immer wiederkommt - seit bald 20 Jahren. Denn wir sind eine Oase österreichischen Wohllebens inmitten preußischer Askese. Wir haben uns in den Kopf gesetzt, für Essen Zeit aufzuwenden, bei der Zubereitung wie beim Verzehr. Bei uns wird noch kompromisslos mit der Hand gekocht, nach den klassischen alpenländischen Rezepten. Schmeckt hier ein Schnitzel noch nach echter Butter? Eine Rindssuppe noch nach Rind? Ein Semmelknödel wie aus Omas Kochtopf? Dreimal Ja. Und auf einen edlen Tropfen Wein direkt vom österreichischen Winzer nicht verzichten. Essen Sie sich bei uns rund, satt und glücklich, frei nach dem Motto von Winston Churchill: Man soll dem Leib etwas Gutes bieten, damit die Seele Lust hat, darin zu wohnen.
