Entering the Saloon, a family owned restaurant since it opened in 1967 is a bit like stepping into Philadelphia's past. Was a delightful classic Italian meal. We had pasta and seafood dishes and everything was outstanding. The mussels in white wine sauce were particularly delicious. The service was exceptional. I’ve been here a few times in the 70s/80s and it was fun to take our children there! ❤️

Have been to Via 417 a half dozen times and have ordered take out another handful of times. Never disappoints. I usually get the same thing, the Branzino, but decided to order one of the specials this time around. Had the flounder franchise and was just amazing. Food came out hot and quick, cannot wait to go back again.

I had a very good experience. They accommodated our incredibly early arrival with nearly no wait time. Both the host and server were very nice. The server was knowledgeable about all the specials and meals and had great recommendations. The food was perfect. I would definitely come here again.
