This was my first experience at LouCas, and it left a lasting impression! One unique aspect of this restaurant is the ability to bring your own bottle, which added a personal and enjoyable touch to the evening. During my dinner with a customer, I tried the lobster ravioli, and it was exceptional. The ravioli was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked – truly one of the best I’ve had. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it an excellent choice for both professional and personal gatherings. LouCas strikes a great balance between elegant dining and a relaxed environment. If you’re looking for a BYOB spot with fantastic seafood options, I highly recommend giving it a try. This was my first time visiting New Brunswick, NJ, and I love Italian cuisine. I am so happy I was able to get a reservation at Catherine Lombardi’s! From start to finish, the service and atmosphere was impeccable, and the food was delicious to boot! The server was attentive and knowledgeable. The owner stopped by our table to offer insight on the menu and to check in with our group. We enjoyed the food, drinks, and dessert. Too many flavor profiles to share in detail but there is not a bad dish at all and our group tried several. I want to return to New Brunswick just to go back to the restaurant. I highly recommend Catherine Lombardi’s.
