A locally owned Madison favorite, Otto's is set in a beautifully restored 1870s stone farm house with two dining levels. A friendly lower-level bar serves classic cocktails and fine wines, and half-price appetizers from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. Tuesday – Friday.
