Centered around seasonal ingredients sourced from small producers, the menu reflects the chef's Breton roots and Parisian inspirations. Among his signature dishes, Breton langoustines, gratinated onion soup, or line-caught sea bass with buttermilk from my childhood are must-tries. An explosion of tastes and flavors. By his side, his accomplice Eric Beaumard, the iconic Restaurant Director and vice-world's best Sommelier, orchestrates high-flying service and supervises the cellar with 50,000 bottles that has made Le Cinq's worldwide reputation.

Première fois au restaurant Le Georges pour l'anniversaire de ma compagne. Superbe accueil dans une salle magnifique et très agréable. Nous avons dîné dans la partie véranda, à notre demande, plus intimiste et moins bruyante selon nous. Le service est impeccable, avec un personnel très souriant et aux petits soins (Merci pour la focaccia). La cuisine est magnifique, élégante et savoureuse, on comprend le concept "bomba atomica". Nous étions déjà fan du chef Simone Zanoni, on reste conquis. Toute la carte fait envie. Il pourrait être interessant de varier l'ambiance musicale pour toucher les différents publics. Au final vivement la prochaine fois!

We retuned here are a great first experience. The food was delicious and well presented. Nice vibe as well. Our waiter Lucas made the whole experience amazing & very unforgettable!
