Dear Richmond,This little restaurant is pour love letter to food. It's our happy little place, where we get to live the the joy of feeding people everyday. We all grew up in spaces that equated food with love, just like this place. Everything we have done here is deliberate, from the art on the walls to the produce we use. We've made a point of sourcing ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the state, making sure that our menu reflects what's in season. For us, this place is about experience: we try our best to make you feel both at home and 'out for something special'. Bottarga never disappoints. Somi and Federico are both so knowledgeable and always deliver amazing service, backed with amazing food. My partner and I love coming here to celebrate milestones together as the atmosphere is romantic. Their menu is always different, always new touches to the restaurant itself. Their business. is growing quickly, time to jump on board! If you're ever looking for a beautiful night out, Bottarga is the way to go. Such a hidden gem!!
