Foghorn Brewery was born of a dream to make craft beer the way it ought to be made—from grain to glass all under one roof.The historic building in King Street had been abandoned for several years when we first set foot inside. In that dusty old warehouse, we saw the potential to create something really special.And so it was that Newcastle’s first modern craft brewery opened its doors in April 2015. Instead, you’ll need to text a special code to a number on the wall and a host will open the door and usher you inside. The food is the best Italian in Newcastle I’ve tasted (and I’ve tried a lot) and service was fantastic. My only downside is the slightly uncomfortable chairs for a longer dining session but, is understandable due to the small restaurant space. I would 100% recommend Sapori at Tailor’s to anyone interested in great food!!!

Authentic Chinese dishes with quality matched with great customer service. Selection of wines are surprisingly of good value. Overall experience was fantastic!

The place was packed but our table was clean and ready at the booked time. Excellent service and the beers tasted great. The 8 Things food truck provided a great selection of German food for the Oktoberfest event. We'll done Method Brewing on being such a professionally run venue.
