Formerly a banking hall it was transformed by owner Jeremy Mogford to become Oxford's largest and most successful restaurant. "The Cygnet at The Swan" is an award winning restaurant led by Paul Welburn (previously awarded Michelin star at The Oxford Kitchen 2018).
