Inside our pretty country pub you'll find log burners, 17th century flagstone floors and a delightful glass dining room. Our menu is a blend of stand-out restaurant-style dishes, tempered with comforting pub favourites. All created and prepared by our talented team of Chefs - Marcin, Shane and Alfie. Combine this with our fabulous cask ales - brewed in-house at our very own Black Bear Brewery, or a glass of wine supplied by local vinter Paddy Magill. Country dining at it's best.

If you are looking for a quintessential English country pub then look no further. The White Horse is nestled opposite the beatuiful church in Bradford on Tone, with a lovely river walk along the Tone just round the corner. Inside you'll find a cosy bar, complete with log burner, and a spacious restaurant. Our stunning garden is the perfect spot for al fresco dining in the summer months, and our wonderful old skittle alley (complete with it's own bar) is hireable for all kinds of events.Our menu keeps it simple and offers all the traditional pub favourites, whilst our daily changing specials board focuses on creative dishes using the best of seasonal produce. On the bar you'll find a full range of lagers and local cider, with a fab wine list from local vinter Paddy Magill, as well as our very own cask ale from Black Bear Brewery. We open at 9am and serve a hearty breakfast menu until 11am daily.

Full event details are on our profile, with each event offering a unique experience.Tim Zekki, born in Cyprus and based in the UK for 35 years, is passionate about local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients, often foraging in Somerset woodlands and along the coast.His menus reflect his global travels and love for food. ‘My passion,’ he says, ‘is to combine simple ingredients – with some elaborate sauces – aiming to delight the palate.’ In addition to à la carte sharing dishes, he offers a fixed-price multi-course menu once a month.Local produce includes lamb and beef from Wonky Horn near Wiveliscombe, sourced from Thorne’s Butchers, with vegetables and salad from Wagtail Farm and Ray’s Veg at Halse.

Serving delicious World Tapas for lunch and dinner, but also Bistro classics at dinner time. Extensive well priced wine selection, organic, without added sulphites, quirky wines but not only. In the summer, probably one the best, if not the best restaurant terrace to sit on in Taunton.Dogs are welcome.

The Restaurant at Lakeview Manor is open to residents and non-residents. Open daily for breakfast served from 8am-10am and dinner served from 6pm - 8.30pm.
