Bar Toscana is an intimate, chic cocktail bar next door to sister restaurant, Toscana, in the heart of Brentwood. Bar Toscana’s Executive Chef Justino Quirino curated a simple yet elegant menu with small plates, entrees, and "Street Food" Specials. Menu highlights include Bruschetta, Prosciutto e Melone, Caesar Salad, Beet Salad with goat cheese and hazelnuts, Tuna Tartare, Wagyu Truffle Sliders, and Polpette al Sugo, veal meatballs. In viaggio di piacere con mio figlio ho cenato 2 volte in questo ristorante segnalato dall’ hotel in cui soggiornavo Il locale è molto tranquillo con luci soffuse il personale cortese e professionale. Dopo 2 settimane di cibo americano finalmente ho mangiato,a differenza di altri ristoranti che si proclamano italiani, secondo i crismi della ns cucina. Ringrazio il titolare il Sig Ercoli per la sua cortesia Sicuramente chi vuole mangiare italiano ed è dalle parti di Santa Monica deve venire qua.
