Stray Dog is a comfortable yet fun take on your traditional bar and grill in Nordeast Minneapolis. Fantastic burger styles with hand-cut fries or tater tots. From sandwiches to salads, to soups and Kramarczuk's hot dogs. We have a full vegetarian and vegan menu with gluten-free options. We have local craft beer and Belgians on tap. Stray Dog is open Monday-Thursday from 11am to 11pm for indoor dining and bar. Thursday has all day Happy Hour along with Trivia at 8pm. Late night eats until Midnight on Friday and Saturday. The food is always delicious, and everyone wished us a happy anniversary! We were going to a show right after dinner so they were really great about getting us out on time.

Mostly French inspired dishes, which were good portion size and flavorful. The weak link here, is the service which is slow; I think the pacing between when you order and when you receive your item can be improved, especially with drinks. My wife ordered an NA mocktail, which turned out to be unavailable but it took 10 minutes for our waiter to communicate that, then it was showing on the bill (it was removed after I noted the error).

We had such a fun evening at Milly’s! The wines we tried were delicious (my friend and I shared three of the “wine fights” and had fun guessing which of each was the expensive one) and we deeply enjoyed the food as well. Our servers were friendly and attentive and the ambience of the place was swanky and cool - definitely will be coming back to Milly’s!
