We absolutely loved coming here for amazing cocktails, excellent service, cool vibe, and excellent live jazz music!

We booked to go to the the Union on valentines night living on the island we had never been before. We were not disappointed from the time we arrived we felt welcomed. Throughout the meal the owners were very attentive to guests, a nice touch in a world where there are so many faceless corporate businesses. The food was top quality my rib eye was cooked to perfection nicely rare, my wife had the seafood platter again quality product. Our starter was the truffle pate which had a truffle infused breadcrumb this with the smooth pate. Glad we went sharing that the portion’s are big and quality. The wine list caters for all pallets we went for a small house champagne then the lady may from South Africa both lovely. The ambiance is nice with ambient lighting and modern decor we chose to sit inside although there is a nice terrace outside overlooking the waters of Camana bay. Whether you are visiting the Cayman Islands or resident make time to go to UNION it’s worth it.

We had a lovely valentines dinner. All the food was amazing. Beef carpaccio and burrata cheese to start then tagliatelle bolognese, carbonara, lobster ravioli and chicken Parmesan- all excellent. Service was great.

Our second trip to V2O’s. They really exceed all expectations, I don’t have a negative thing to say and recommend to all of our friends on island. Definitely worth the visit. Liz really looked after us and had great advice on the wine selections!

Ms. Pipers Kitchen is a must! Nestled behind the Hampton Inn this little sanctuary is amazing! Caribbean Boho Chic decor and very nice poolside bar! Andy the bartender is a maestro! We had a great time, amazing drinks and service was top notch!
