What a wonderful surprise it was to be greeted by Franko, whose warm, jolly, and engaging personality set the tone for a fantastic evening at Blue Cilantro. Having not visited in a while, we were pleasantly surprised by the newly updated menu, which has taken an already excellent dining experience to the next level. The dishes were not only delicious but also showcased beautiful presentation, reflecting the chef’s creativity and attention to detail. The service was impeccable, with the team ensuring that every moment was seamless and enjoyable. The ambiance remains elegant yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for a memorable culinary experience. Without a doubt, I’d go back again for sure! Ms. Pipers Kitchen is a must! Nestled behind the Hampton Inn this little sanctuary is amazing! Caribbean Boho Chic decor and very nice poolside bar! Andy the bartender is a maestro! We had a great time, amazing drinks and service was top notch!

How could it get any better than enjoying a light dinner and cocktails on a beautiful rooftop patio watching the sunset and the full moon rise . Our server Martina was just the right amount of attentive and even tracked down a piece of gluten free chocolate cake for me. All in all a great evening!

Food was amazingly fresh. Ceviche Trio was so delicious and probably one of the best we have had. Fettuccine dish I had and the Risotto my wife had was very flavorful. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

Ambiance was nice with the setting sun. Food and service was good. My only issue was the continuous pounding of the repetitious music beat. Boom,boom boom, the same pounding repetitious beat throghout our entire dinner. Made me want to scream. The idea is to RELAX during dinner, not have your heart jump out of your chest. Sorry for the drama, but you asked. Maybe the Marriott powers that be can objectively assess and revise the music at dinner hours (unless it’s a private party for the under 40 crowd.
