Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. The grits and mushroom small plate was outstanding. The ribeye steak is always the best choice. Wild boar gnocchi was also impressive

what a great experience from start to finish. He really did a nice job putting this place together. customer services on point food was amazing. For the area service in the food serve their price point is right where it should be. This is a must go to place for date night. Well worth the drive and our server Shawn(hope I spelled his name, right) was amazing very attentive very polite knew exactly how to give good customer service. My wife and I will definitely return.

A splurge but we were so happy with our meal! We did one pescatarian and one omnivore tasting menu and every bite was superb. The aged Parmesan + balsamic and fois gras supplements were phenomenal as well. Thank you Sarah for outstanding service! One of our favorite meals in Seattle in a very long time.
