Kokopelli Beer Company is the first solely woman owned and operated brewpub in the state of Colorado. Located in the Solaire Shoppes at 8931 Harlan Street in Westminster Colorado, we are across from the future Downtown Westminster development at Highway 36 & Sheridan. We enjoy brewing quality and consistent handcrafted ales, and are proud to offer 30 unique taps, including at least 27 of our own, in-house made craft beers covering the style spectrum, as well as a few guest taps of ciders and sour beer.     We went to Famille for my 70th birthday dinner, just my husband and myself. It was absolutely amazing! We started with Grey Goose Martinis and their Artisan Cheese Chareuterie Board (A MUST!). I had the Bison Short Rib/Brussel Sprouts/Buttermilk Garlic Pomme Purée (mash potatoes). delicious! My husband had the Braised Duck Leg/Pork Belly Braised Red Cabbage/Sweet Potato, Cranberry Demi Glaze also amazing! We had a bottle of their Herriot Champangne…OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! WE ended with their Chocolate Cake/Hot Fudge (They put a candle on it for my birthday and it was free!) my husband had the Winter Citrus Tart. We shared both! What a very special celebration!

    Excellent food and the staff was kind and competent. In for a sales meeting, everyone had a great time. We will be back!

    We had eaten at Tony Romas in Texas years ago and was always great. This particular one has shortened the menu and taken off the onion loaf, which is one of the things people go there for. I specifically looked at the menu online for that location and didn't show the changes. I was disappointed the onion loaf was gone. Food was really good. We had ribs and 12 oz rib eye. But without onion loaf probably won't return.
