Paul later developed a new concept, becoming the Executive Chef, CEO and partner at Peli Peli - a nationally recognized South African Fusion Restaurant which opened in 2009 in Houston, Texas. We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday on Friday evening with a group of her friends. It was a great experience from beginning to end. After making my reservation I received a prompt and friendly call answering all my questions and ensuring us that they would make the evening great. When we arrived they were ready for us and we were warmly greeted. They ensured we had everything we needed and were flexible with any last minute adjustments. We all loved the style of the restaurant. The design is very on trend. Menu was great and the teen girls loved the large selection of creative non-alcoholic drinks. It was hard to decide what to order because there were so many delicious options! Our food was outstanding and prices were very reasonable. We look forward to going back for live music, date nights and family dinners. I was beyond impressed and can’t recommend this restaurant enough! Thank you!!

Celebrated my daughter’s 20th birthday there last weekend. Food was hot, fresh and delicious.! Portions were large and each meal was under $20. The restaurant was very clean and our waiter was friendly and responsive. My daughter was given a sparkler and a piece of chocolate cake to celebrate her birthday. Overall a great experience!
