A lot of hard labour ensued to create their vision of showcasing the best qualities of a modern pub; seamlessly combining carefully sourced, sophisticated yet familiar food and drink in a welcoming authentic pub environment. A nice place to go for a special birthday. Staff were really friendly and a good range of dishes to choose from. The scallop starter was amazing and the lobster main course was a good size and very tasty.

Please open up in the Lake District. It’s just too far to come in for breakfast or lunch from here every day …… as always high quality food, fantastic staff and the best views and ambience. 🤗
