Our Afternoon Tea is famous, the best on the South Coast! With a wonderful array of cake, scones and sandwiches alongside our marvellous view – where better to enjoy this English tradition. Our Afternoon Tea consists of two homemade fruit scones, baked daily in our kitchen. This is served with Dorset clotted cream direct from Craig’s farm based over in Osmington, just along the Dorset coast and strawberry & apricot jam. A selection of sandwiches consisting of cream cheese & cucumber, Portland crab and Dorset egg mayonnaise accompany your scones. To top this off we have 2 mini slices of cheesecake & 2 delicious mini strawberry & mint trifles! Of course no Dorset cream tea would be complete without the tea, or coffee if you prefer. The cost is just £34 per couple. Gift vouchers also available (on-line or over the phone).

Really pleasant afternoon tea with sandwiches, scones with cream and jam and an assortment of sweet deserts. Good atmosphere, not crowded and really excellent service. A little disappointed at having to pay for using Castles own car park when spending a reasonable amount of money in their venue bit overall would recommend the afternoon tea.

Food was extremely good and very nice service. We were seated in the bar area and the experience was only slightly marred by muzak that was a bit too loud. Prices are a bit on the high side too. Otherwise would happily return.
