Visited Bath for Valentine's Day and The Square Brassiere and Piano Bar was our post Valentine's evening venue. We were booked in for 7:30pm and expected to be there for a couple of hours or so. From the moment we entered the premises we felt we were special. The staff were polite and attentive, the venue was welcoming and nicely laid out and the pianist was fun and accommodating regarding requests. We had the set Valentine's menu, none of which disappointed, delivering a variety of choices within it's framework. We had a great evening, eventually leaving at closing time. An outstanding lunch, and service was superb. Your staff were clearly watching the tables. Brilliant and will return for an evening meal.

A great experience from start to finish. Imaginative menu with numerous options - any of which I could happily have chosen. Friendly and helpful staff, who made us welcome. Superb attention to detail. First visit, definitely not the last.

Our viait was early Tuesday evening. Although the venue was quiet, the ambience was cosy and welcoming. The landlord was friendly and also welcoming, showing us directly to the table prepared in advance. The menu was not extensive and the choices were excellent, making selection difficult as most were very appetising. We weren't disappointed- the food was excellent, perfectly cooked and nicely presented. The whole experience was a very pleasant surprise, relaxed with no pressure, and we would definitely recommend it, and we will certainly be eating there again.
