    Un’esperienza semplicemente strepitosa, dall’inizio alla fine. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile, con un personale estremamente preparato e attento, capace di far sentire ogni ospite speciale sin dal primo istante. La cura per i dettagli è stata a dir poco straordinaria: ogni piatto era un’opera d’arte, non solo per il sapore eccellente ma anche per la presentazione, studiata con una precisione quasi maniacale. L’attenzione alle regole del galateo è stata da 10 e lode, un equilibrio perfetto tra formalità e calore, che ha reso la serata ancora più piacevole. Il servizio è stato scandito da tempi impeccabili: mai un’attesa eccessiva, mai un momento di fretta. Ogni portata è arrivata al momento giusto, permettendo di assaporare ogni sapore con la giusta calma. L’atmosfera nel cuore di Covent Garden ha dato quel tocco in più a un’esperienza già magica, rendendo questa cena indimenticabile. È stato davvero il compleanno perfetto, celebrato nel modo migliore possibile. Mi mancherà questa serata e non vedo l’ora di tornarci presto, perché trovare un livello di eccellenza così elevato è raro. Semplicemente perfetto!
