The Ivy restaurant has been a firm fixture on London’s dining and social scene since 1917. The restaurant and private room upstairs are the epitome of real glamour. A shimmering central dining bar in the restaurant draws admiring attention, and the signature harlequin stained-glass windows, oak panelling and striking contemporary art collection ensure the longevity of this very British of dining institutions. Executive Chef Gary Lee creates balanced seasonal menus, featuring Ivy classics, but accounting for today’s tastes, incorporating more Asian dishes, salads and vegetables, and the advent of a “sea and shells” section. Che splendido Sunday Roast, posso dire con certezza il migliore di Londra! Carne morbidissima, patate croccanti come le verdure, tutto gustosissimo e delizioso. Ho apprezzato la cucina a vista che da un tocco di eccellenza al cibo.Ambiente eccezionale, dall'arredamento al personale così attento e gentili. Da frequentare tutti i giorni!

Adoro questo ristorante a Mayfair, dove trovi i migliori dim sum di sempre. L’ambiente è molto piacevole, cool, bella musica e bella gente. Il cibo è delizioso: oltre ai meravigliosi dum sum anche insalata di crispy duck e tanti altri piatti. Dolci sopra la media. Ottimo vino con ampia scelta al calice. Servizio veloce, con camerieri super gentili ed efficienti. Conto elevato ma in linea con quanto offerto. Un must a Londra per me.
