Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old electricity substation on the site of London"s oldest meat market. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric subterranean chop mecca. Ambiente piacevole e raffinato, anche se il locale è molto grande, non è dispersivo ne rumoroso. Personale molto attento e servizio curato. Il cibo decisamente buono e di qualità, ottima scelta di pesce che viene cucinato al momento. Unica nota davvero dolente il conto, malgrado fosse tutto davvero molto apprezzato, credo che oltre 150£ a testa per: un antipasto condiviso, 2 gamberoni (ottimi davvero), un pesce ai ferri per due con contorno di melanzana ai ferri, dessert e 2 calici di vino, siano un po’ tanti. Detto questo se siete pronti a pagare un prezzo salato per avere comunque una cena di qualità in un bel posto e serviti bene, il ristorante decisamente merita. Peraltro siamo sempre a Londra…
