Carlos@b&v brings the finer side of dining and service to this unique little part of North London, on the Green in Winchmore Hill, a stone's throw from the mainline station of the same name and a short drive from Southgate on the end of the Piccadiily Line. Carlos himself is a restauranteur with flair, having built a reputation in the area over 30 years and so his experience with executing a dynamic and slick establishment brings much to be excited about. Guests will get that familiar 'welcome back' feeling even if they happen to be newcomers. The interiors are comfortably chic but inviting, with a warm ambience and the atmosphere is busy and vibrant. Sommelier strepitoso racazzi in sala bravissimi qualità della materia prima sublime peccato che alla richiesta di carne cottura al sagra ci venga portata una cottura oltre al medium . É normale in Inghilterra ma mi aspetterei che al bocconcino la cottura della carne fosse meno locale e più diretta a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. Ma nel complesso eccezionale

La prima volta in questo ristorante storico, molto positiva. Nonostante un piccolo incidente siamo stati serviti molto professionalmente dal nostro waiter e dai suoi colleghi. Molto buono tutto dal soufflé al pie al dessert. Ci torneremo
